For destinations within Switzerland, customers can typically expect delivery within 2-4 business days after dispatch. European Union orders generally arrive within 3-7 business days, while international shipments outside Europe may require 7-14 business days. These estimates begin from the dispatch date and may vary due to customs processing, seasonal demand, or unforeseen carrier delays. During peak periods, we may extend processing times and will notify customers of any significant delays.

Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's journey. We strongly recommend saving this information until your order arrives safely. While we carefully package all items to withstand transit, please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. Any shipping-related damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery to qualify for our return program.

International customers should note that all customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees remain the customer's responsibility. These charges are determined by your local authorities and cannot be calculated or paid in advance through our store.
